The legal warranty period is 24 months for new products.

All available items have a delivery time and can be added to the shopping cart.

Items that are currently out of stock cannot be added to the shopping cart.

Order transaction & payment

First add an item to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can specify the desired quantity. By clicking on "Checkout" the ordering process begins.

If you are already a customer, you can log in. If not you can register as a new customer, set a password and enter your data.

Alternatively you can place a guest order to order without a customer account.

At the checkout you will find a complete overview of your order. Here you can edit your invoice address and, if desired, specify an alternative delivery address. You choose your payment method (If you want to pay by PayPal, it is very important to select the correct delivery address before you make the payment) and have to accept our general terms and conditions, right of withdrawal and data protection declaration. When you have checked all the data, you can complete the ordering process by clicking on "Buy".

We usually accept payments by credit card, PayPal, bank or instant transfer.

Your invoice will automatically be sent to you by email as soon as your item is prepared for delivery.

If you have placed an order by mistake or want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders that are already in preparation for dispatch can no longer be canceled!

Delivery and shipping costs

In general, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

After receipt of payment your order will be made ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You can find information on the delivery time in the item description.

Usually, the delivery takes 1-3 working days in Germany and 4-5 working days to other countries. Please note that for pre-orders the shipping time may vary.

As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment at any time.

Please note that the first tracking update can take up to 24 hours.

No, unfortunately we cannot consider this.

Our packages are sent with DHL, DPD, GLS or Deutsche Post. In certain cases, delivery by freight carrier is also possible.

Unfortunately, no delivery can be made to a parcel station. A pickup is not possible.

Returns and complaints

You have the right to return the parcel within 30 days without giving a reason. Please contact us in written form, we will then send you a prepaid return label.

The package must then be taken to a post office. Unfortunately a pickup is not possible.

In case your delivery is damaged , please contact us as soon as possible. We always require pictures of the damages.

Please send us an e-mail to service@ma-trading.de with the pictures attached. (Not more than 6 MB).

We pay the costs for the return. Our return labels are prepaid and do not include any additional costs for you.

 

Please note that we cannot accept unstamped postage and we do not cover the cost of parcels returned without our return label.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within the statutory period of 14 days to the payment method you used when purchasing.

No, generally we do not exchange items. A new order must be placed. Then send the item back to us and you will receive a refund of the purchase amount.
