This mobile model made of steel offers two storage areas, the side has space for grilled food and side dishes, under the cart the coal is stored conveniently at hand.

This grill is characterised by its technical subtleties. Together with the freely adjustable carbon insert, a crank ensures the perfect amount of heat needed for the optimal preparation of your food. Delicate vegetables cook gently, the stout, thick steak pores quickly close, it will remain juicy and aromatic. Your grilled food will cook amazingly when the charcoal grill is operated with the cover closed. The resulting heat creates a circulating effect, which ensures a uniform through-cooking of BBQ and other foods.
Small details - big impression
Wind and weather won't affect the operation of this barbecue much. Special ventilation openings ensure that the coal does not go out when the lid is closed. An integrated lid thermometer allows constant control of the grill temperature. This makes it easy to determine when new fuel needs to be added. The extra coal flap is excellent for this purpose. To make sure neither the chef nor the steak gets too dry, a bottle opener is attached to the case of the Strattore grill.
